401(k) Standard Service
 

KTBSPayroll will provide a standard contribution report as part of our standard payroll services.
 

401(k) Agency Service

KTBSPayroll will provide a standard retirement plan report to your chosen 401(k) vendor, as well as pull employee and employer funds/calculate employer match, and remit the vendor payment via check/ACH directly to the vendor.
 

401(k) Integration Service

KTBSPayroll will provide a demographic/eligibility file, ongoing enrollment, receive and process incoming change files, deferral changes, new loan agreements and set-ups.  On your behalf, we will remit the file to your 401(k) vendor, verifying group totals and providing information for discrimination testing. 
 

401(k) Select Service

KTBSPayroll will provide the agency service noted above, as well as provide manual data entry of individual allocations directly into your 401(k) vendor’s software/website.  We will also provide verification of the amount withheld and initiate payment transactions.
