When you partner with KTBSPayroll, you will be provided with a team of payroll professionals who work to serve you with the highest level of excellence. 

First Step

The account executive is responsible for meeting with you in your initial phase of exploring an alternative payroll solution. They will walk you through KTBSOnline, and review our payroll services in greater detail. When you decide to partner with KTBSPayroll, the account executive will collect all paperwork needed for the payroll conversion and discuss account set-up.

Implementation

Once all paperwork and documents are gathered, you will be assigned a payroll implementation representative who is responsible for implementing your account with KTBSPayroll and setting up your employee profiles, payroll calendar and specific details to your company as it regards payroll. The implementation representitive will process your first few payrolls, with a “hold your hand” approach. When you are ready to receive KTBSOnline training, they will schedule a webinar or in-person meeting.
