We understand that changing payroll providers can be time consuming and stressful.  With KTBSPayroll, you will work with a Dedicated Implementation Specialist during the conversion process.  Upon receipt of the implementation paperwork, they will contact you within 48 hours to review your company information and to answer any questions you may have. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for entering your specific company information and employee data. They will provide you with clear and concise detailed employee profiles for your review and will coordinate your customized company website.  They will also process your first few payrolls, with a “hold your hand” approach,” as well as provide a thorough KTBSOnline training of your company website.
